A silkscreen printing process (also called serigraphy)  it's a surface printing technique, in which a design is cut out of paper or film developing, and transferred into a strong material, (silk in the past, polyester nowadays) and then printed by rubbing, rolling, or spraying paint or ink through the cut out or film developed areas.
